We respect your privacy and your information is kept private by PBC. We do not share your information with third parties unless only required for the processing of your order. Your credit card information is not stored in our system per PCI regulations for secure storage and transmission of financial data. To provide customers full assurance we are PayPal Certified merchants and all customers may utilize PayPal as methods of payment. To combat fraud and identity fraud all orders are shipped only to the billing address on the credit card and all high ticket items require phone verification. We take fraud seriously and will prosecute fraud to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

Non verified Paypal payment may receive a Pin number by mail via USPS

Please leave a note if you are paying for some one else phone number

we may cancel the order or send Pin by mail, if buyer and phone# doesn't match

We have the full right to cancel any order without a previous notice

will apply on the next following business day.

No Refund for wrong numbers or wrong carriers


We refill your Phone number within 15min - 1 hour Max During our business hours only and after we receive your payment and cleared in our account. Usually you receive a text message from your Service provider or Dial 611 to Check your balance. Text us, if your carrier or amount is different	We Accept all major Credit Cards via PAYPAL ONLY. You must have a verified Paypal account to process this transaction To use your Bank Account could take up to 3-4 days until it get cleared in our account Don't Forget to enclose your Phone Number to Refill, and leave a note with alternate number to contact you if you have no service on your phone

NO RETURN NO REFUND We are not responsible for any wrong phone number or carrier you provided to us. We are not responsible for any service delay.
